You can create a credit note directly in Agicap. 👌

The handling is the same as when you create a committed invoice with the only difference that the amount is going to be negative.

Let me explain 😊

When you create an expected transaction, you click on the little "+" at the top right of your screen, then you create your invoice as an incoming and/or outgoing payment.

To create a credit note for one of your customers for example, you need to create an expected transaction in cash inflow and write "-" in front of the amount. A pop-up window appears and warns that you have entered a negative amount, you can confirm.

The credit note is materialized by the purple color, you can find it as for committed invoices, in the Expected tab. 📆

💡 Good to know: It is not possible to reconcile an expected transaction and a credit note. If the case arises, I suggest you change the amount of the original invoice by taking the credit note into account. You can also keep track of it in the Memo. Then delete the credit note so that it does not distort your forecast 😊
