When you have created your expected transactions, and more particularly recurring transactions, it is possible that the amount (a monthly payment for example), the title or the payment date change over the months. Agicap allows you to change these characteristics in one click for all expected transactions. 👌

To do this, click on the "Expected" tab at the top left of your screen, on the blue banner. From there, you will be able to select in Filters, at the top left of your screen, all the elements necessary to find the list of your recurring expected transactions (amount, date, title,...).

To modify the amount, the title or the payment date, you just have to click on the square on the left to select all the invoices concerned, then on "Display advanced options". You will be able to modify in a few clicks the selected transactions and change their title, amount or VAT rate 😉

The modification is instantaneous on all the selected transactions.

💡 Good to know: this feature also allows you to delete or recategorize several committed invoices in a few clicks.
