When bank transactions are updated on Agicap, the objective is to quickly and efficiently categorize them in the right categories in order to best track your cash inflows and outflows 👍
To categorize a bank transaction go to the Bank tab located in the blue banner at the top of your screen.
All the transactions uploaded from your bank are displayed in All transactions, they are by default arranged in chronological order. On the right you will find the dates and then all the information of the individual transaction.
To categorize a new transaction, click on the orange To categorize button, then select the appropriate category in your tree structure. A category doesn't exist yet? You can create it by simply clicking on + 👌
📌 As you categorize transactions, the artificial intelligence, on which the software is based, learns and suggests pre-categorizations to save you time!
💡 Good to know: It is also possible to program automatic categorization rules, if you want to go even further!
