Force an update of my bank accounts

Data synchronization between your bank and Agicap is automatic at approximately 28-hour intervals. 🤗

You can find the day and time of the last automatic update in two different ways:

  • By clicking on your Dashboard on the Consolidated View tab and selecting the account you want to view

  • By clicking on the gear wheel at the top right and then on Banks and Integrations, you will find next to each bank the time and date during which the last update took place.

In case transactions have appeared on your banking portal but are not yet visible on Agicap because the automatic synchronization takes place later in the day, the manual synchronization can be useful. 💪

To do this, click on the three small dashes at the top right of your screen and click on Banks and Integrations. From there, you can either force a bank synchronization on a specific bank (by selecting 🔄 Update next to the bank), or on all banks by clicking 🔄 Update All.

With one click, the synchronization will be immediately. 👍

Wait a few moments while the data is retrieved and it's done. 😁

💡 Good to know: banks are required by European PSD2 regulations to provide account information at least once a day. Some play along by offering more frequent updates, others do not.

Thus, in some cases, if the requests are too frequent, they consider this as a form of "spam" and block the access to the account for 24 to 72 hours... It is therefore preferable that the forced update remains occasional. 😊
