It might happen that you log into your Agicap account and your transactions are not up to date. A small exclamation mark displayed next tot he list of your bank accounts might catch your attention. ❗

This symbol simply informs you that your bank is logged out due to a bank password issue. This information is generated directly by your bank. So, the first step is to log into your online banking portal.

There are several possibilities:

  • Your bank asks you to change your password for security reasons. This is the case for many banks, every X connections or X months.

  • The password might also have been changed by you or by one of your colleagues.

First, make sure that one of the two hypotheses is verified, then you simply have to update login data in Agicap to refresh the synchronization of your bank accounts. ✅

To do this, click on the three small dashes at the top right of your screen and then click on Banks and Integrations. Find the bank you want to update your credentials for and click "..." next to the Update button. Finally, click on Renew authorization.

All you have to do is enter your new password, validate and you're done 💪 The connection will come back instantly.

💡 Good to know: If a warning message appears, take the time to read it and click validate only if you are sure.

If in doubt, do not hesitate to ask us on the chat.😊
