Accessing Key Mobile Features
Custom Dashboards
⢠View Dashboards: Access your custom dashboards via the tab on the mobile homepage.
⢠Note: Dashboards are view-only on mobile and cannot be modified.

Open the Agicap app and tap the āDashboardsā tab.
Scroll through the displayed tiles to review your dashboards.
Debt Management
Overview: Quickly view your current period debts, including principal amounts and payment statuses, directly from your mobile app.
How to Use:
Navigate to the āMoreā tab or access the debt list directly from the home page.
View a list of your current debts, each showing:
⢠Payment amount for the current period
⢠A gauge displaying refunded versus outstanding amountsTap any debt entry to see details like the total principal outstanding and total payments for the period, organized by currency.
š” Note: Some debt details may not be visible in the mobile app.
Financial Investments
View Investments: Check your current cash investments and interest earnings on the mobile homepage or via the āMoreā tab.
Details Provided:
⢠Total cash invested
⢠Interest earned
⢠A detailed list with amounts, terms, rates, and maturity dates
Consolidation Overview
Balance Check: See the latest balance for each bank account in your consolidation.
How to Use:
Access the āConsolidationā section from the mobile navigation by clicking on the drop-down menu with your company page at the top of the screen and select the consolidation.
View up to 7 days of balances per account.
Tap on a bank account entry to reveal top transactions by amount.
Weekly Briefing
Overview: Stay on top of your cash flow with the new weekly briefing feature, available directly in the mobile app.
How It Works:
⢠Every Monday, youāll receive a notification to access your weekly briefing.
⢠The briefing provides a single view of:
* The upcoming Monday morning opening balance and Friday evening closing balance for all your entities.
* Overdrafts for the coming week across all your entitiesā bank accounts.
* Excess cash for the coming week across all your entitiesā bank accounts.
⢠You can also access the weekly briefing anytime from the home page.
New Feature:
In addition to the above, the weekly briefing now includes the top 5 cash inflows and outflows for the coming week, across all entities.
⢠For each transaction, youāll see:
- Date
- Title
- Amount
- Entity
- Category
This enhancement allows you to quickly identify the most significant transactions and plan accordingly.
Pinning Custom Dashboard with a Shortcut URL
Purpose: Automatically pin key dashboard to your mobile homepage using a shortcut link.
How It Works:
Receive a shortcut URL from your Agicap contact. Contact your account manager or the chat support to get this URL.
Tell them which dashboards you need to have pinned.
Clicking the link on your mobile app will instantly pin the specified tiles.
If you open the link from a desktop, it redirects to your first custom dashboard.
Remember: The pin only works on the device you used to click the link; pins are not synchronized across devices.

⢠If you face login issues, try resetting your password or use manual entry if a password manager is causing problems.
⢠To clear the app cache, follow device-specific steps: on Android go to Settings > Apps > Agicap > Storage > Clear Cache; on iPhone, reinstall the app if necessary.
