If you have a connection of this account in Technical Error or Renew Authorization status. We must recover this connection to perform the implementation, to do this follow these steps:
Step 1
Go to Banks and Integrations in the three lines in your Agicap
Step 2
Go to the connection, click on the three dots, select Renew Authorization.
Step 3
If your connection is through Powens → Click on Renew authorization → Then click on Renew Credentials → Enter the credentials to log in to your bank.
If your connection is through another connector → Click on Renew authorization → Enter the credentials to log in to your bank.
Step 4
Consult the Agicap team via chat and we will help you unify the accounts
💡This will prevent you from having a difference between the date it stopped working and the date the Editran connection was created.
