How to track Follow-up Actions?
Go to Follow-up Actions at the top of the Clients list.
Choose filters by Client or Type to refine your view.
Tap any action to see details (client, invoice status, etc.)
Mark as Done or Cancel once you’re finished.
For Letter actions, you must use the Desktop app to send the letter.
How to manage your Client List?
In the Clients tab, see all your clients with pending invoice counts.
Instantly spot outstanding and due amounts (in red).
Tap on a client to see:
Outstanding Amount
Due Amount
Average Payment Delay
All pending invoices (read-only; open PDF if available)
Contacts (you can add, edit, or remove them and create notes)

Can I edit an invoice directly from the mobile app?
No. Mobile access only lets you view invoice details. To edit invoices, please use your Desktop app.
Why can’t I send letters from my phone?
Sending letters is only supported on Desktop. You can view the action details on mobile, but must switch to Desktop to complete it.
How do I delete or update a client contact?
Open the Clients tab, select the client, go to Contacts, and tap on the contact you want to edit or remove. You can save changes instantly.
