How to justify an expense?
Navigate to ⚙️ > Card Expenses Space in the app.
Tap To Justify to see all expenses needing a receipt.
Choose an expense and add details like notes, analytical codes, or cost center.
Attach a receipt by taking a photo with your camera or uploading from your gallery/cloud.
How to add a receipt from camera?
Open the Card Expenses Space.
Tap the camera icon to scan your invoice or receipt directly.
Select the matching expense and confirm your upload.
How to verify a supplier invoice?
Go to the Supplier Invoices section in the mobile app.
Pick an invoice you want to verify.
Specify the Payment Method if needed.
View any required approval steps and track each step from the mobile app.
How to manage your card details?
Head to Card Expenses Space and select your card.
See the last 4 digits, available spend, and missing receipts count.
Reveal your PIN if needed.
Activate or block your card directly in the app as allowed by your entity’s settings.
Adjust your email or push notifications under Notifications Settings.

You can make Swan consents much faster.
Even if you’re in another country and can’t receive SMS, you can still make Swan consents.
By default, if you have system push notifications enabled for the Agicap mobile app, you’ll automatically benefit from in-app consents via push notifications.
If you prefer, you can deactivate in-app consent in the mobile app and revert to SMS consent.
If system push notifications are disabled for your Agicap mobile app, the consent will automatically switch to the SMS channel.
If you re-enable system push notifications, the app will offer to switch back to push notifications without obligation.

Can I create a new supplier from the mobile app?
Currently you can’t create or add new beneficiaries on mobile; use the web version instead.
Why can’t I see an expense in my “To Justify” tab?
Ensure the expense is truly pending justification. If you already attached a receipt or note, check the Justified tab.
How do I set up push notifications?
In your Notifications Settings, enable Push Notifications and grant the app permission to send alerts from your device settings.
