Debt Management: your debt payments integrated in the Debt Management module now also feed your Cash Flow Plan as expected transactions, allowing you to better manage your cash.
Intragroup Financing: multiple improvements have been made to provide you with a better experience on the module: you can now define fixed interest rates for specific periods of a given intragroup financing, upload cash pooling or loan agreements, and add memos to facilitate collaboration.
Read-Only Access: you can now prevent unauthorized or accidental changes by granting read-only access to Treasury.

Cash Positioning: Get precise cash balances forecasts thanks to automated allocation of your forecast. You can now define rules to indicate on which day(s) a monthly forecast will happen and on which bank account and Agicap will automatically create expected transactions accordingly.

🇬🇧 Bacs payments in the UK: It is now possible to send all your domestic payments in GBP directly from Agicap, to any UK bank on the Bacs network. No need to connect to any bank portal anymore!
This product update unlocks our Accounts Payable solution, as well as our Cash pooling feature. It can also work as a standalone solution to execute payment files sent from your ERP, accounting tool or HR tool.
Hidden payment batches: We added new user rights to access confidential payment batches. The payment details will remain hidden when sent to the banks. The main benefit is to ease signers work by granting them access to payments details before signing them!

Budgets: Keep track of all your team expenses with personalized budgets. Expenses via invoice, purchase order or Agicap Corporate Cards are directly reflected into the correct budgets automatically, allowing you to monitor expenses of your team in one singular workspace and keep rogue spending under control.
Spend Management
Display option in the Mobile app: After submitting receipts, your employees are now able to view the document they provided. Avoiding having to request the admins to control whether there is an issue regarding the justification

Business File Import for Accounts Payable: Introducing a new file import feature that allows customers to manually upload xlsx files containing business documents (invoices, purchase orders, credit notes, quotes)
Thanks to this feature, users can now collect already verified invoices on SIM and benefit from all the existing features offered on SIM such as:
splitting the invoice into multiple installments and triggering payments easily
Verification workflows based on beneficiary: Smoothen the invoice verification process by sending invoices automatically to the right verifiers based on the beneficiary. Learn how to add beneficiary conditions to your verification workflow.
Invoice Inbox: Optimise your invoice management with the new “inbox”. Here we collect invoices, credit notes and Purchase Orders, detect duplicates and prepare the invoice for validation.

Accounts Receivable Automation
Invoice Financing in Accounts Receivable: Improve the control over cash flow management and follow up automations by assigning financing or factoring solutions to client invoices. This feature is now allowing you to:
Associate factoring solutions to clients to automatically impact their invoices
Enhance flexibility on follow-up automations of financed invoices
Improve granularity in Treasury data via automatic calculations of the expected transactions
Payment Link in Client Portal: This new functionality allows your customers to pay their invoices directly by card on their client portal, reducing payment delays and strengthening your relationship with your customers.
