What Is the Banking Audit Feature?
The Banking Audit feature allows you to review and verify all your direct bank connections in Agicap. It only works for connection with bank files such as EBICS, Konfipay, EDITRAN, or Open API. It helps ensure that your transaction data is correctly imported, providing you with reliable information for cashflow planning.
Accessing the Banking Audit
To access the Banking Audit:
Log in to your Agicap account.
Click on Banking Audit in the sidebar, next to the name of your entity
Reviewing Your Bank Connections
In the Banking Audit section, you can:
View all activated bank accounts and thei
Identify any inconsistencies with data imports.
Open a daily bank statement to make a comparison with statement provided by the bank and check the calculations.
How to Use the Banking Audit Feature
Check Connection Status
Look for any warnings or errors next to your bank accounts.
A ✅ means the connection is healthy.
A ❗ indicates there might be an issue.
If you see a ❗, contact the support team with the name of the bank account concerned, the entity and the day where you see errors.
