What Are Organization Administrators?

An Organization Administrator is a user with maximum access rights at the organization level. This role should be assigned to individuals with the greatest level of responsibility, such as legal owners or key decision-makers in your company.

How to Assign Organization Administrator Rights

Any current Organization Admin can grant Organization Admin rights to any user who is a member of at least one entity within the organization. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Entities and Consolidations page.

  2. Click on See organization admins.

  3. Select Add an administrator.

  4. Choose the user you wish to promote to Organization Admin.

Note: Non-Organization Admins can temporarily see who the Organization Admins are, but this functionality may be removed in the future.

Understanding Organization Admin Rights

Organization Admins can perform the following actions:

  • Promote or demote other Organization Admins.

  • Promote or demote consolidation admins.

  • Invite themselves as a user to any consolidation.

  • Manage advanced settings, including:

    • Cash pools.

    • AFT servers.

    • API settings (generate new credentials).

    • CashFlow Advanced Settings (pre-categorization algorithm, forecasts, KPIs, VAT, and currency settings).

How to Remove Organization Administrator Rights

Organization Admins can remove Organization Admin rights from other Organization Admins. To do this:

  1. Navigate to the Entities and Consolidations page.

  2. Click on See organization admins.

  3. Select the administrator you wish to demote.

  4. Choose Remove administrator rights.

What to Do If There Are No Organization Admins or the Admin Is Not Reachable

If your organization does not have an Organization Admin or the current Admin is not reachable, you can request the addition of a new Organization Admin by following this process:

  1. Send an email to security_admin@agicap.com from the email account of a decision-maker (e.g., a legal representative of your company).

  2. Include the following information in your email:

    • Name, surname, and job position of the person to be granted Admin rights.

    • Legal name of your company.

    • Names of the entities for which Admin rights are requested.

    • Your name, surname, and function within the company.

💡 Tip: Use the following email template for your request:

Subject: Admin Rights Request

Hello Security Team,

I, [Name] [Surname], as [Job Position] of [Company Legal Name], would like [Name] [Surname], [Job Position] in our company, to be given Organization Admin rights for full use of Agicap.

I would like them to have these rights on the following entities:

  • [Entity Name]

  • [Entity Name]

I understand that this action grants the Admin user all critical rights on the entities' financial data and operations.

Thank you.

Best regards,

The Security Team will verify your request and grant the Admin rights if it meets the necessary criteria.

💡 Tips
