How to Sign In and Manage Your Password on Agicap?

Signing In to Agicap

To sign in to your Agicap account:

  1. Enter your registered email address and password.

  2. Click Sign In.

Note: You have three attempts to enter the correct password. If you enter the wrong password three times, your account will be locked for security reasons.

Managing Your Password

Keeping your password secure is crucial. Here's how you can manage your password:

Creating a Password

  • Your password is created when you sign up for Agicap.

  • Ensure your password complies with standard requirements: it should include uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

Resetting a Forgotten Password

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. On the sign-in page, click on Forgot your password.

  2. Follow the instructions to reset your password.

  3. Search for the email sent to your email address to change your password.

Changing Your Password

To change your current password:

  1. Sign in to your Agicap account.

  2. Navigate to Settings (⚙️) > My Account.

  3. Select Edit on the Password section and follow the steps.

Redirections After Signing In

  • After signing in, you're automatically redirected to the last entity you visited.

  • You'll also be taken to the last product line you accessed before signing out.

Using Agicap Across Multiple Apps

You can access various Agicap apps with the same user account, including:

  • AgicapApp

  • Spend Employee App (for cardholders)

  • Mobile App

Depending on the app you use:

  • If you sign in via AgicapApp, you'll be directed there.

  • If you sign in via the Spend Employee App, you'll be directed accordingly.

Mobile Specifics

Signing In on Mobile

When signing in on the Agicap Mobile App:

  • The usual Agicap sign-in page is displayed within the app for a seamless experience.

  • This process enhances security by managing authentication centrally and isolating it from the main application.

Activating Biometric Authentication

Enhance your account security by activating biometric authentication on your mobile device:

  1. Ensure your device supports biometry (e.g., FaceID, TouchID, Fingerprint).

  2. In the mobile app, navigate to Settings.

  3. Activate the Biometry option.

💡 Note: Biometric authentication acts as a second layer of security (similar to 2FA). You must already be logged in with a valid authentication token for biometry to apply.

Device-specific biometry options:

  • On iOS:

    • If your device has FaceID, FaceID will be used.

    • If your device has TouchID, TouchID will be used.

  • On Android:

    • If your device has FaceID, FaceID will be used.

    • If your device has a fingerprint sensor, Fingerprint will be used.

By default, biometry is disabled for all users.

  • Keep your password secure: Regularly update your password and avoid sharing it with others.

  • Stay logged in: Agicap keeps you signed in for up to 14 days if no disconnecting action occurs.

If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your Agicap account, please contact our support team to follow the security process for regaining access.

What happens if I lost access to my email address ?

If you can't access your registered email address anymore, please ask an Administrator user of your account to invite you again with your new email address.
