Account Creation from the Agicap Website 🌐

Step 1: Provide Your Information

  1. Visit the Agicap website and click on the Start free trial button.

  2. Fill in your personal details:

    • First and Last Name 📝

    • Business Email Address 📧

    • Phone Number 📞

    • Job Title 💼

    • Annual Revenue of your Company 💰

  3. Submit the form to proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Create a Password 🔒

  1. Choose a secure password that meets the following criteria:

    • At least one lowercase letter.

    • At least one uppercase letter.

    • Contains 8 to 128 characters.

    • Includes at least one digit or special character.

  2. Confirm your password by entering it again.

  3. Accept the general terms of service by checking the box.

  4. Click on Continue to move to the next step.

Step 3: Set Up Your Company Profile 🏢

  1. Enter your company details:

    • Company Name (this will also be the name of your Agicap Organization).

    • Country where your company is based (be cautious, the country you choose will determine the language of certain functions on Agicap 🙎‍♂️).

    • Industry your company operates in.

  2. Complete the setup by clicking on Finish.

  3. Welcome to Agicap! You're now redirected to your company's Agicap account.

Account Creation from an Email Invite ✉️

If you've been invited by another Agicap user:

  1. Open the invitation email you received.

  2. Click on the invitation link provided.

  3. Create a password following the password requirements:

    • At least one lowercase letter.

    • At least one uppercase letter.

    • Contains 8 to 128 characters.

    • Includes at least one digit or special character.

  4. Accept the general terms of service.

  5. Click on Continue to access your Agicap account.

Advanced Sign-Up Options 🚀

Signing Up for Specific Product Lines

If you're interested in a specific Agicap product line, you can sign up directly:

This takes you directly to the dedicated onboarding experience for the product you're interested in.

Mobile Sign-Up Specificities 📱

  • Signing up on Mobile: You can complete the account and company creation process directly from your mobile browser.

  • Downloading the Mobile App: After creating your account, you'll be prompted to download the Agicap mobile app for an optimized experience.

  • Note: Sign-up is not possible directly from the mobile app. You must first create your account via the web version before signing in on the mobile app.

Sign-Up for Spend Users 💳

If you're a card holder invited to use Agicap Spend:

  1. Receive an invitation email with a link to create your access.

  2. Ensure your personal information is accurate:

    • Name and Surname (as on your ID).

    • Unique Email Address and Phone Number.

  3. Create a password following the standard requirements.

  4. Complete any additional verification as prompted.

  5. Access your employee page on Agicap.

⚠️ Even if you're just a card holder without rights to an entity, you need to have both an Agicap and a Swan account and complete the entire process.

  • Use a Professional Email Address: Ensure you use your business email for sign-up to facilitate lead qualification.

  • Keep Your Password Secure: Use a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters to enhance security.

  • Complete All Steps: Make sure to fill in all required fields to avoid delays in accessing your account.

  • Check Spam Folder: If you don't receive the invitation email, it might be in your spam folder.

What if I don't have a professional email address?

If you don't have a professional email, select "I am already in demonstration" during Step 1 to proceed with sign-up.

I didn't receive the invitation email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, contact the person who invited you to resend the invitation.

Can I sign up directly from the mobile app?

No, sign-up isn't available directly through the mobile app. You need to create your account via the web version first, then you can sign in on the mobile app.

My invitation link expired. How can I access my account?

Invitation links expire after 30 days. Ask the administrator or the person who invited you to resend the invitation from Agicap's Card holders section.
