Step-by-Step Guide to Download Your Bank Statements:

  1. Log in to Agicap

  2. Navigate to the Banking Section: Click on the "Bank and Integrations" tab from the main dashboard in the top right-hand menu.

  3. Click on the “Export bank statement” button at top right.

  4. Select Accounts: Choose the bank accounts for which you want to download statements.

  5. Choose the Month: Select the month for which you need the statements.

  6. Download Statements: Click on "Export bank statement".

  7. Save the PDFs: The statements will be downloaded in PDF format - save them to your desired location.

Good to Know:

  • ⚠️This export is only available for Bank File connections (EBICS, EDITRAN, Konfipay, Banking AFT, SWIFT).

  • Data Inconsistencies: If a bank account contains data inconsistencies (visible in the "Banking audit" tab), the bank statement for that account cannot be downloaded.

  • Processing Time: Generating bank statements with a large number of transactions (tens of thousands) may take several minutes.
