Do you want to gain some time in your dunning process by automating your follow-ups for some of your clients, or all of them ?

CashCollect allows you to build an automatic follow-up sequence directly from the Follow up plan page.

1. Create your follow up templates

To create a dunning plan, the first step you need to take is to create your dunning templates. Here are some detailed articles on the subject:

💡 Tip : Personalize your template name with an emoji to differentiate the templates used in your automations from others

2. Create your follow up plans

To create your dunning plans, go to the follow up Plan page, accessible by clicking on the Follow up tab.

Then click on the Create a new plan button. You will be asked to choose between 2 types of dunning:

> Recapitulative dunning is ideal for companies wishing to send recurring invoice summaries

> Escalation dunning is ideal for customers who wish to send numerous dunning notices depending on the customer's situation (late payment, etc.).

A. Summary dunning

To do this, select the Recap option and name your reminder 🙂

You will then be able to define the periodicity, the next reminder date, etc.

B. Escalation dunning

To do this, select the Escalation option, then define whether you wish to dun your customers for each invoice or whether you prefer to dun your customers for all invoices due.

Once this is done, name your dunning plan and create your steps, completing the step name, trigger date and template sent to finalize the creation. 🎉

💡 For your automation sequence to work, it is necessary not to pause dunning plans. ✔️

3. Manage your dunning plans

Once your dunning plans have been created and activated, you can also make changes to them by adding steps or deleting those that are no longer relevant.

💡 Good to know: Automatic dunning emails are sent once a day, only on weekdays, around 13:00 CET.

💡 Very good to know: For automatic reminders emails to be sent, you need to activate reminders emails for each desired customer from the Customers page.
